Puppies Born 7/9/24

All puppies are born and raised in our home and receive the utmost love, care and attention from the second the litter is planned. 

This breeding has been extensively planned in regards to a solid match from both parents on Health, Temperament, Structure, Drive level, Strengths, Weaknesses, Pedigree and many additional factors that went into this pairing. I am expecting these puppies to be calm, level-headed companions at home who are easy to live with in all regards. Both the Sire and Dam have good drive and biddability in all aspects of dog sports, and Dare, the dam has very good bird drive. I am excited to get her back into Hunt Training once her puppies are grown up.  Both the sire and dam are dogs who are equally happy being active, participating in sports or simply doing nothing and cuddling on the couch with their families. 

I am very excited to see this pairing and what strengths will result in this pedigree combination. Both dogs complement each other very well in structure, health & temperament. I am hoping Ziffel can bring some wish list items of mine with his beautifully laid back front, tight feet, moderate angles and incredibly outgoing temperament.

I am happy to speak to you about potential concerns both in the sire and dam's lines, as well as allow you time to come meet my potential breeding dogs and/or watch them work and compete. All potential breeding’s have been scrutinized to the utmost degree and are matched to the best of my ability for improvement and consistency in health, temperament, biddability, consistent structure and to be loving companions. It is very important for me that puppy buyers stay in touch and keep me updated about their dog's health throughout their entire life.

I am a balanced, science-based breeder, trainer and owner.  I want my puppy owners to go forward and establish a life long relationship with a vet they trust and to continue to work with myself or professionals in any given field to work to provide a balanced and fulfilling life for their dog.  I will always be there to support you & your dog. 

I work hard to stay current on socialization protocols to assure that puppies will go home having already experiencing many different novel interactions and be a easily transitional routine. Puppies will be raised using a program called Puppy Culture. Puppy Culture is a socialization and training program specifically developed for puppies, from birth through the end of their critical socialization period. 

Puppy Culture is based on the premise that the puppy always leads the learning, and puppies learn best by appropriate experiences at the appropriate time. Puppies will experience a variety of people, animals, road trips, field trips to new places, different textures, temperatures, noises and objects during their 10 weeks here. Puppies will transitioned over to grass pads for potty training prior to going home and will be introduced to crate training, grooming, leash walking, as well as temperament tested to make sure they are placed with their ideal matches. All puppies will receive eye exams by a board certified ophthalmologist prior to going home.  Puppies will be properly vaccinated based on their maternal immune response Canine Nomograph testing - which you can read more about here.

I am an active competitor in AKC conformation, Agility, Rally/Obedience, tracking, dock diving, FAST CAT and Hunt tests for the past 17 years. I am always here to mentor and help those who may want to explore the wonderful world of dog sports!
